Projects labelled "Concept Project" were created by Rusty Dev for demonstration purposes. They are not client engagements, and no client, result, metric or endorsement is implied by them.

Submitting the quote or contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. Scope, price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in a written proposal signed by both sides before work begins.

The design, code, text and visual assets on this website belong to Rusty Dev. Ownership of work produced for a client is defined in that client's agreement.

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, submit malicious files, or use the forms to send unsolicited advertising. We may block access where necessary to protect the service.

This website is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
