What documents do I need to rent a car?

A valid driving licence, a passport or national ID, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name. Visitors should also bring an international driving permit where required.

What is the minimum rental period?

One day for most vehicles. A small number of premium vehicles have a two-day minimum, shown on the vehicle page.

Do you offer daily, weekly and monthly rentals?

Yes. Every vehicle has a daily rate, a reduced weekly rate for 7–29 days and a monthly rate for 30 days or more.

Is insurance included?

Basic insurance is included with every rental. Additional cover reducing the excess can be added when you collect the car.

Can I pick up the car from the airport?

Yes. Choose the airport terminal as your pickup location when you book and our team will meet you there.

Yes. Select a different return location during booking; a one-way fee may apply depending on the distance.

A refundable deposit is held on your card for the duration of the rental. The amount depends on the vehicle and is shown on each vehicle page.

Major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash for the rental amount. The deposit must be placed on a card.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp before your return date and we will extend the agreement, applying the longer-term rate where it works out cheaper.

What happens if I return the car late?

There is a short grace period. After that a late fee applies, charged per hour up to the value of one additional rental day.
